In our experience most amenity woodland purchasers are cash buyers. However, there are cases where people seek other funding sources. They tend to be:
- Re-mortgaging a residential property (your house).
- Purchase via a SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension).
- Other private finance arrangements.
With the above 3 options, the time taken to arrange can cause a delay to the purchase process and it is for this reason we ask potential buyers to confirm the source of funding for any purchase before we agree to a sale.
