The woodland stands on a gentle east facing slope with a short access from the council road (B4302). Dense vegetation could be cleared to provide better internal access and the woodland could be developed into a quiet secluded retreat. A little determined exploration will be well rewarded. There is a small stream running inside the woodland along the north-eastern boundary. Mineral soils and good drainage provide excellent growing conditions for the varied tree species found in this wood. |

| Directions: | From Llandeilo, head north on the B4302 for approximately 4 miles. When you see our “For Sale” sign park immediately in front of it in the small lay-by. From here go through the field gate and walk up the left hand side of the fence running up the slope until you get to the woodland boundary. |
