

| Covenants: | There are certain covenants at Chase Corner Wood. |

1.1. a grant of a right of way in the following terms: - A right of way (in common with the Transferor and all others authorised by him) at all times and for all purposes with or without vehicles over the tracks shown between the points marked ABCDE on the attached plan subject to the payment of a fair proportion of the cost of maintenance and repair thereof according to user”. 1.2. a covenant by the Buyer in the following form: - 1.2.1 “The Transferee so as to bind the Property and each and every part of it into whosever hands it may come but not so as to be personally liable for any breach or breaches of any restrictive covenant arising after the Transferee has parted with all interest in the Property covenants with the Transferor for the benefit of the Transferor’s retained land and each and every part of it: 1.2.1.1 that the Property shall not be used in such a way as to create a nuisance to the neighbouring owners including the Transferor and specifically the Transferee shall not: (i) use the Property for any sort of racing whether with motorcycles cars or other vehicles (ii) use the Property as a commercial campsite (iii) unreasonably damage the said tracks 1.2.1.2 not to dispose of part or parts only of the Property whether by sale, lease, gift, charge or otherwise.”
