There are certain covenants at Orchid Wood.

The property shall not use the land in such a way to create a nuisance to the neighboring owners.

The Transferee shall not:

1. Use the property for clay pigeon shooting or any shooting for sport (but shall be entitled to controls pests).
2. Use the property for any sort of racing whether motor bikes, cars or other vehicles.
3. Use the property as a commercial campsite.
4. Conduct any business from the Property apart from Forestry.
5. Use the property in any way which will damage the access tracks.

The transferee and his successors in title shall not sell the property except as a whole and specifically not in such a way that could be registered in separate titles and separate ownership.
