WOODLAND DETAILS
Covenants:

Leechpool Wood, Horsham, West Sussex.

 

The Transferee hereby jointly and severally covenants with the Transferors for the benefit and protection of the current numbers 22, 24 and 26 Forestfield, Horsham, West Sussex (which properties are shown for identification only on the attached plan and marked numbers 22, 24 and 26 respectively):-

1) To maintain, repair and, when necessary, renew or replace the fences marked with a T mark and gates at points A & B shown on the attached plan.

2) Not to use the property nor allow the property to be used for any purpose other than as a woodland and in particular not to use the property for any business or commercial activity.

3) Not to reside at the property nor allow anyone to reside on the property and not to allow any building, structure, shed, caravan or tent to be placed on any part of the property for the purpose of habitation.

4) Not to take or use any motorised vehicles on the property save for any vehicles used in connection with the management and maintenance of the property, such use to be of short term and temporary nature and not to keep any such vehicles permanently on any part of the property.

5) Not to allow the general public to use the property nor to hold any public events on any part of the property.

It is hereby agreed and declared that the above covenants shall only remain enforceable whilst any of the current owners of numbers 22, 24 and 26 Forestfield (namely Martin Alfred Maynard and Siobhan Mary Maynard, John Turner and Rosalyn Carole Turner, Peter Greaves and Margaret Ann Greaves respectively) are still in residence at their respective properties.
