

| Covenants: | There are certain covenants at Howe Court Wood |

For the benefit and protection of each and every part of the Transferors remaining land ("the Retained Property") and so as to bind the Property into whosesoever hands the same may come the Transferee hereby covenants with the Transferor that the Transferee will henceforth at all times hereafter observe and perform the restrictions and stipulations on the Transferees part set out hereunder:- 1. Not to erect any building or structure (to include any aerials, masts or telecommunications equipment of any kind) of any type whatsoever on the Property. 2. Not to use the Property or any part thereof as a repository for rubbish or any form of tip or to permit the accumulation of any litter on the Property. 3. Not to use the Property or permit the same to be used for any illegal purpose or to do or permit to be done any act or thing in or upon the Property or any part thereof which would constitute a damage or nuisance to the Transferor or the Retained Property. 4. Not to permit the Property to be used for any type of motor vehicle or motorcycle racing or as a commercial campsite. 5. Not to undertake any commercial operations from the Property insofar that the same would be inconsistent with the preservation of the same as an Ancient Woodland. 6. Not to sell the Property other than in one complete lot. The Transferee hereby further covenants with the Transferor and with the owner or owners from time to time of the Retained Property:- 1. To use their best endeavours to maintain and preserve the Property as an Ancient Woodland in its existing state. 2. On any transfer of the Property to procure that the Transferee enters into direct covenants with the Transferor simultaneously to comply with the covenants on the part of the Transferee contained in this Schedule. |
